WordPress and a custom Vue.js shop, moved to Shopify in five languages.
A natural-remedy marketplace, rebuilt so the client's own IT and marketing teams could keep working on it.

01 — THE PROBLEM
Customers buy a formula, and a partner pharmacy fills the spray on demand. That legal setup has to show on every product page, and the old split between WordPress and a custom shop made every change slow.
02 — WHAT I BUILT
- Mobile-first home, product and blog templates
- Formula as a hidden digital variant, kept off collections by tag
- Metaobjects for plants, webinars and ingredients
- Five-language URL structure and a pharmacy selector
03 — HOW WE WORKED
Fixed scope on a three-week plan, two revision rounds per template. IT owned the data, the agency owned marketing, I owned the theme. After launch the client stayed on for ongoing work.
